Overview

PR533 is used for the verification, calibration and test of temperature measuring and controlling instruments and devices, such as temperature controller with electrical contacts, temperature switch, etc. It is especially suitable for the calibration of “transformation oil surface thermostats”and “transformation winding surface thermostats”. The bath temperature control range is usually at (0-160) °C, and the temperature can be changed at the required rate. And the bath also has a constant temperature function. Its constant speed heating rate is usually specified as 1 °C / min and its cooling rate is usually specified as – 1 ° C / min.

Except having thermostatic function of the general liquid bath, PR533 can automatically achieve constant speed heating and cooling according to the set heating and cooling rate. Through the unique design of the cooling system, it can control the temperature of bath to cool continuously according to the set cooling rate in a wider range (such as 160 ℃ ~ 0 ℃), and allows to set constant temperature points in the middle. It can accurately, quickly and conveniently carry out automatic calibration and test on the temperature switching value and switching difference of the electric contact point of the temperature instrument. Change rate (absolute value) of bath temperature is 1℃/min, and it is adjustable.

1. Completely solves the problem of rate control of temperature heating and cooling in calibration: with full scale of 0~160°C, it can realize constant speed heating and cooling ,and the temperature heating and cooling rate can be set (the temperature heating and cooling rate can be set: 0.7~1.2°C/min). Up to six thermostats can be calibrated at one time, which improves work efficiency in an all-round way

With special software, it can intelligently identify constant / quick speed heating and cooling conditions to maximize work efficiency: When the indication value and the contact action error are simultaneously calibrated, the temperature heating and cooling scheme can be configured according to the set calibration point temperature and the electrical contact temperature during the whole calibration process. And the temperature range including the electric contacts will adopt the method of constant speed heating and cooling, and the temperature range without electrical contacts will adopt the method of rapid heating and cooling, which can effectively improve the calibration efficiency

Unidirectional heating and cooling, adhering to professional standards: In the unidirectional rising phase of the calibration, the constant speed slot ensures that the temperature of the tank rises monotonously, and the short-term downward trend of the tank temperature can be effectively avoided even in the constant temperature phase of one-way rise; similarly, in the one-way descending phase of calibration, the guaranteed tank is guaranteed. The temperature decreases in one direction, and the short-term rising trend of the tank temperature can be effectively avoided even in the constant temperature phase of one-way downfall to ensure the measurement data is true and reliable

6. Automatic pipe dredging, reducing maintenance: In the rapid cooling process and the bath temperature meeting the specified conditions, all pumps in the media cooling circuit are reversed to achieve automatic cleaning

7. Two communication connections：The PR533 constant speed bath provides external RS-232 and RS-485 communication connections. The two communication connections have a consistent communication protocol, which can be used as the communication between the computer and the local console
