PR332A High Temperature Thermocouple Calibration Furnace
Overview
PR332A high-temperature thermocouple calibration furnace is a new generation of high-temperature thermocouple calibration furnace developed by our company. It consists of a furnace body and a matching control cabinet. It can provide a high-quality temperature source for thermocouple verification / calibration in the temperature range of 400°C~1500°C.
Ⅰ. Features
Large furnace cavity
The inner diameter of the furnace cavity is φ50mm, which is convenient for the B-type thermocouple to be directly verified/calibrated with a protective tube, especially suitable for the case where the B-type thermocouple used at high temperature cannot be taken out of the protective tube due to deformation of the protective tube.
Three-zone temperature control (wide working temperature range, good temperature field uniformity)
The introduction of multi-zone temperature control technology,on the one hand, it effectively improves the degree of freedom in adjusting the temperature field index of the high-temperature furnace, and allows the temperature distribution in the furnace to be flexibly adjusted through software (parameters) to meet different use environments (such as changes in loading), On the other hand,It is ensured that the high temperature furnace can meet the temperature gradient and temperature difference requirements of the verification regulations in the temperature range of 600~1500°C,and according to the shape and quantity of the specific calibrated thermocouple, by changing the parameters of the temperature zone, the influence of the thermal load on the temperature field of the calibration furnace can be eliminated, and the ideal calibration effect under the load state can be achieved.
High precision smart thermostat
High-precision multi-temperature zone constant temperature adjustment circuit and algorithm, the temperature measurement resolution is 0.01°C, the temperature rises quickly, the temperature is monotonically stable, and the constant temperature effect is good. The actual controllable (stable) minimum temperature of the thermostat for the high temperature furnace can reach 300°C.
Strong adaptability to power supply
There is no need to configure a three-phase AC regulated power supply for the high temperature furnace.
Complete protection measures
The high temperature furnace control cabinet has the following protective measures:
Startup process: Slow start to prevent the heating power from increasing sharply, effectively suppressing the current impact during cold start of the equipment.
Main heating circuit protection during running: Over-power protection and over-current protection are implemented for each of the three-phase loads.
Temperature protection: over-temperature protection, thermocouple break protection, etc., while protecting the safety of the equipment, greatly simplifies the manual operation.
Thermal insulation: The high temperature furnace adopts nano thermal insulation materials, and the thermal insulation effect is significantly improved compared with ordinary thermal insulation materials.
Built-in run recorder
It has functions such as accumulative running time of sub-temperature zones.
Compatibility
PR332A can not only be used independently, but also can be used as ancillary equipment for the Panran’s ZRJ series intelligent thermal instrument calibration system to realize functions such as remote start/stop, real-time recording, parameter query and setting, etc.
